General Questions
Which countries do you serve?
We deliver goods all over the world. Main destinations: Europe (Germany, Poland, France, Italy), Asia (China, Japan), North America (USA, Canada) and many other countries. A full list of available destinations can be found with our managers.
How long does it take to deliver cargo?
Delivery times depend on the direction and type of transportation: road transportation within Europe - 3-7 days, air transportation - 1-3 days, sea transportation - 15-45 days. Exact times are specified for each specific order.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, we provide full tracking of the shipment at all stages of delivery. After placing an order, you will receive a tracking number, by which you can track the location of your shipment in real time via our website or mobile application.
Rates and payment
How is the shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost depends on the weight, dimensions, type of cargo and delivery direction. We use the volumetric weight rule - the larger of the two indicators is taken into account: actual weight or volumetric weight (length × width × height / 5000 for air, / 3000 for road transportation).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, Visa/MasterCard, through payment systems (LiqPay, Portmone), as well as cashless payment for legal entities. Payment can be made both in advance and upon delivery (by agreement).
Are there any additional fees?
The basic cost includes transportation of the cargo. Additional charges may include: customs clearance, insurance, door-to-door delivery, packaging, storage in a warehouse for more than 3 days. All additional services are discussed and agreed in advance.
Registration and documents
What documents are required for shipping?
For international shipments, you will need: an invoice, a packing list, a declaration, a copy of the sender's passport. For certain types of goods, additional permits and certificates may be required. Our managers will help you with the preparation of all necessary documents.
Do you help with customs clearance?
Yes, we provide a full range of customs clearance services: preparation of documents, submission of customs declaration, payment of duties and fees, support of customs clearance procedures. Our customs brokers have extensive experience working with various types of cargo.
What to do if the cargo is detained at customs?
In case of delay at customs, our specialists immediately find out the reasons and take measures to quickly resolve the issue. We maintain constant contact with customs authorities and inform clients about the status of matters at every stage.
Insurance and security
Do you insure cargo?
Yes, we offer cargo insurance for the entire period of transportation. The insured amount can be up to 100% of the cargo value. Insurance covers the risks of damage, loss or theft during transportation.
What to do in case of cargo damage?
If damage is found, you must immediately notify our manager and take photos of the damage. We will conduct an investigation and, if the cargo was insured, help with the processing of insurance compensation.
What goods are prohibited for transportation?
Prohibited: explosives, radioactive materials, narcotics, weapons without permits, perishable foods without special conditions, liquids in glass containers over 1 liter. The full list of restrictions depends on the country of destination and delivery method.
Technical issues
How to pack cargo for safe delivery?
We recommend using sturdy cardboard boxes, foam or bubble wrap to protect fragile items, and waterproof packaging for electronics. We also provide professional packaging services in our warehouse.
Can you transport oversized cargo?
Yes, we specialize in the transportation of large and oversized cargo. We have specialized transport and experience working with industrial equipment, building materials, cars, etc.
Is there a mobile app for tracking?
Yes, we have a ProCargo mobile app for iOS and Android. Through the app, you can track your shipments, calculate shipping costs, order services, and communicate with managers.
